Terms and Conditions

We strive to bring you quality products at some of the lowest prices in the retail industry. We have sales people dedicated to Internet sales to quickly process your order, and we strive to ship our products faster than any other mail-order company in the country. The result has been a loyal following of satisfied customers. In order for us to continue to bring quality products to you, we have put forth the following terms and conditions regarding the sale of our products.

Returning Merchandise: See Policy

In order to send a product back to us, you MUST have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). This will be given to you by the sales person taking your call or by email and must be written on the outside of the box. Items returned without a RMA# will be refused and will cause a delay in credit. In some cases your sales person may ask you to keep the defective or wrong item instead of returning it.

You must contact us within 3 business days of receipt of the item if the product is damaged. Call 1-888-697-9970 (10:00 AM-8 PM EST, (Mon.-Fri.) 10 AM-5:30 PM (Sat) 10AM-5PM (Sun)). A damage claim will be filed with the shipping company. The shipping company will pick up the damaged product and compensate us for the product. In the meantime, you will be sent a replacement item.

The following items are NOT refundable: CUSTOM ORDERS, SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM PRINTING, USED OR WORN MERCHANDISE. *Customers must sign off on ALL artwork proofs.


Additional Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to cancel any order where a credit card has been declined. Credit cards are charged when the item is ready to ship (not when the order is placed).

We do not accept returns based on Custom/Special Orders, Custom Printing and any Worn Merchandise (*Customers must sign off on ALL art work proofs.) We do not let customers try out products because at that time they become used.

All returns require an RMA number. This RMA number MUST be clearly marked on the outside of the package or the package will not be accepted. Please contact us for your RMA number or use our Returns Page. See Policy

Return merchandise must be packed in the original shipping material with RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. See Policy

All returns must be received within 10 working days of the RMA date.

Freight on all returns must be PREPAID. Returns sent without prior authorization or freight collect will be rejected. Customer is responsible for the charges on the return shipping.

Credits on customer accounts are valid for 90 days from the date of credit, unless otherwise stated.

Customers will not be the judge of defective items. We will send merchandise back to the factory for that determination before any credit can be issued and we will not be responsible for rejections. If the factory determines the item is defective and Sneaky Pete's receives credit, we will issue a credit to your account.
