  • How long has Sneaky Pete Inc. been in business?

    Our company started in 1977. Our long time stance has proved Sneaky Pete's to be the best in retail athletic footwear sales. Our staff is dedicated to provide the very best in service and support.

  • What's your return for credit policy? Go to Top

    Customers should check for accuracy and discrepancies between what was ordered and what was received within seven calendar days after receiving the goods. The 10-day money back policy is for the current price(s) of item(s) in the form of credit or exchange only. Customers must submit an online Return Merchandise Authorization request before returning any goods. Products, with a copy of the invoice and all packaging materials, must be returned to Sneaky Pete's Inc. within 10 days of shipment. Shipping fees and labor charges are nonrefundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Use our shipping address for returns. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Make sure your returned merchandise reaches us within 10 days of the original shipping date. Returned products that do not meet this requirement will not be received for credit purposes.

    Customer must package the products properly. Sneaky Pete's Inc. is NOT responsible for any damage to the products during transit by the shipping company. Damaged items are not eligible for money back guarantee. We suggest that customers get a receipt of any packages shipped back to us. Sneaky Pete's Inc. is NOT responsible for any package lost during shipping. A replacement of the same or equal item will be shipped to you within 1-3 business days after the item is received. Sneaky Pete's Inc. is responsible for the cost of shipping the replaced item back to customers via UPS Ground. Sneaky Pete's Inc. does not offer cross-shipping or escrow.

    The following items are NOT refundable: CUSTOM ORDERS, SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM PRINTING, USED OR WORN MERCHANDISE. *Customers must sign off on ALL artwork proofs.

  • How can I track my shipment? Go to Top

    We have made it very easy for you to check the status of your order and track your UPS shipment during transit. When your order is shipped, you are emailed a tracking number. Your order details and order number will be confirmed with an email within five minutes after you place your order. During transit of your package, you may enter that tracking number into the form provided on our home page. Another window will pop up and take you to the UPS site for tracking.

    Most items are shipped within 1-2 business days. Most orders received before 2pm EST are processed and shipped on the next business day.


  • How long until I receive my order? Go to Top

    Our default shipping method is UPS Ground. By this method, UPS suggests 1-5 business days delivery time. This varies by how far you are from Ardmore, PA. It usually takes only one day to deliver to most Pennsylvania or New Jersey locations.
